Welcome, student of the Force. The galaxy is in a time of peril unequaled in ages past. The forces of darkness have returned once more under the banner of the Second Imperium and its leader: Trask K'tar, once a servant of the Emperor and now consumed with the dark side. Their perverted power is beginning to sweep through the galaxy like wildfire. But there is still hope. Thanks to the combined efforts of Master Skywalker and the New Republic, the Chu’unthor Jedi Academy has returned under the direction of the mysterious alien known only as Master Tirian.

The Jedi Masters once used this ancient starship and others of its kind as mobile training vessels after the first Jedi library world was destroyed during the infamous Sith War. The starship served the Jedi well for many years, until its crash and capture on the world of Dathomir. This vessel was held in such esteem that Master Yoda himself, one of the instructors on the vessel, mourned its loss. Only a few years ago, it was returned to the service of the New Republic as a Jedi Academy.

The halls of the Chu'unthor again ring with the sounds of life as the forces of the Jedi slowly return to a galaxy full of darkness and turmoil. The Jedi, almost scorned by their would-be allies, face an impossible task in which only the strong and faithful will survive. Under the scrutiny and persecution of the growing powers of evil the Jedi must push forward to fill their role as a pillar of stability in the churning chaos, in the defense of all life.
